VOPTICAL Dataset

The VOPTICAL dataset contains 548 images of the preocular tear film taken over varying illumination conditions (our experiments have been conducted using illumination I1). 41 images belong to the color fringe, 89 to the wave, 159 to the open mesh and 118 to the closed mesh categories. The dataset also contains 131 images with mixed categories in different proportions. All the images have a spatial resolution of 1024x768 pixels and have been acquired with a TearScopePlus (Keeler, Windsor, United Kingdom) attached to a Topcon SL-D4 slit lamp.
